Table Booking FAQs

  • When will the finalists be announced?

    The finalists will be announced on Thursday 28th March.

  • Can a council table be funded by a private sector partner?

    Yes, absolutely. 

    When you book your table, ensure you choose the 'Privately sponsored public sector table'. 

    Please note this is only available to council organisations.

  • What are the timings for the event?

    The pre-drinks reception will begin at 11:45. We will move into the dining hall at 12.30 where our host will take to the stage to welcome everybody. The event will finish by 5pm.

  • Will I get to choose where I sit?

    Your seats will be allocated. If you make a group or a handful of single-seat bookings, we will sit you and your colleagues together.

    If you are a private sector company and would prefer to network with more people, let us know if you don't want to be sat with your colleagues. 

  • Is there a set menu on the day or can I choose my courses?

    Your table booking includes a 3-course set menu.

    When you submit your details either individually or on behalf of your guest(s), you will be able to add your dietary requirements. 

    Details of each course will be shared once you have confirmed your bookings and nearer to the time of the ceremony.

  • I have dietary requirements, what shall I do?

    When you book your table you will be asked to provide details of you and your guests' dietary requirements.

  • Is there a dress code?

    We request our guests to be dressed smart and follow business attire guidelines.

  • Is the venue accessible?

    The venue is accessible and you will be able to use the lifts to navigate from floor to floor.

    When you add your details to the table booking, you will be able to make an accessibility request and tell us, in confidence, anything we need to know to plan in advance.

  • Can I make changes to my guestlist?

    You can make changes to your guestlist by logging into your account. 

    • Log into your account
    • Navigate to the Table Bookings section
    • Click on Your Orders
    • Select Order
    • Then click on the Guests' Details tab
    • Edit your guest name(s) here

    Please note: you will not be able to make any edits to your guestlist after 9 June. 

  • Will there be any entertainment after the ceremony?

    We do not arrange any entertainment after the ceremony, however, we do all gather together at a nearby pub!

  • Is parking available at the venue?

    There is no venue parking, however, there is a nearby car park.

  • What is the closest train station?

    The closest stations are Westminster tube and Waterloo station which are both within walking distance. 

  • Will soft drinks be available during the dinner?

    We understand not everyone wants to celebrate with an alcoholic drink. At the drinks reception, orange juice will be available as an alternative to prosecco. 

    During the dinner, there will be complimentary soft drink options. You will be able to order these drinks from your waiter.
