InterContinental London - The O2, One Waterview Drive, Greenwich Peninsula, London SE10 0TW. The drinks reception has views across the Thames to Canary Wharf and The O2, and lunch and the ceremony take place in the Arora Ballroom.

Guests have told us for years that they wanted more daylight. The new venue gives us a drinks reception in natural light with views of the London skyline, followed by lunch and the ceremony in the UK's largest pillar-free ballroom.

£4,750 for 1 premium public sector table 
£3,999 for 1 public sector table
£2,499 for 1 public sector half table
£7,250 for 1 private sector table

Please note a table seats 10 guests. Welcome drinks, a 3-course lunch and table drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are included in every package.

Due to Health and Safety regulations and policies in place with the venue and for the event, we regret to inform you we cannot host guests under 18 years old at The MJ Awards.

Yes, absolutely. 

When you book your table, ensure you choose the 'Privately sponsored public sector table'. 

Please note this is only available to council organisations.

The pre-drinks reception will begin at 11:45. We will move into the dining hall at 12.30 where our host will take to the stage to welcome everybody. The event will finish by 6pm.

Your seats will be allocated. If you make a group or a handful of single-seat bookings, we will sit you and your colleagues together.

If you are a private sector company and would prefer to network with more people, let us know if you don't want to be sat with your colleagues. 

Your table booking includes a 3-course set menu.

When you submit your details either individually or on behalf of your guest(s), you will be able to add your dietary requirements. 

Details of each course will be shared once you have confirmed your bookings and nearer to the time of the ceremony.

When you book your table you will be asked to provide details of you and your guests' dietary requirements. Should you need to make an urgent dietary change, please contact Maria Brickwood at m.brickwood@hgluk.com

We understand not everyone wants to celebrate with an alcoholic drink. At the drinks reception, orange juice will be available as an alternative to prosecco. 

During the dinner, there will be complimentary soft drink options. You will be able to order these drinks from your waiter.

Our dress code is business attire to ensure the event is as inclusive (and colourful!) as possible. As long as you are comfortable and enjoy the day - that's all that matters. Browse the 2025 awards gallery for some style inspiration!

• Nearest tube station: North Greenwich (Jubilee line). The walk is 5 to 8 minutes along Waterview Drive.
• Step-free access is available at North Greenwich station.

Nearest mainline train stations from platform to North Greenwich (journey times are approximate):

• London Bridge: Jubilee line direct, around 10 minutes
• Waterloo: Jubilee line direct, around 15 minutes
• Stratford and Stratford International: Jubilee line direct, around 10 minutes
• Liverpool Street: Elizabeth line to Canary Wharf, then Jubilee line one stop, around 20 minutes
• Paddington: Elizabeth line to Canary Wharf, then Jubilee line one stop, around 30 minutes
• Euston and King's Cross St Pancras: Northern line to London Bridge, then Jubilee line, around 30 minutes
• Victoria: Victoria line to Green Park, then Jubilee line, around 30 minutes

We recommend public transport where possible, as roadworks in the area can cause delays.

Yes. North Greenwich station has step-free access and the route to the venue is level. There is a drop-off point next to the entrance, and Blue Badge parking is available at the hotel and in all of The O2's car parks.

When you add your details to the table booking, you will be able to make an accessibility request and tell us, in confidence, anything we need to know to plan in advance.

Still and sparkling water is available on the tables but we have a selection of complimentary soft-drinks available on request. Please ask the waiting staff at your table.

The venue is outside the Congestion Charge zone, but the London-wide ULEZ applies. If you cross the river from the north via the Blackwall or Silvertown tunnels, a TfL charge applies between 6am and 10pm. Registering for TfL Auto Pay gets you the lower rate.
