Starter: Prawn, crayfish and surimi timbale with seaweed, served with avocado puree, marinated beetroot and mango dressing
Main Course: Pan-fried chicken supreme on ratatouille, Dauphinoise potatoes, pea puree and jus
Dessert: Baked vanilla cheesecake (baked vanilla cheesecake, vanilla Chantilly, mixed berry confit and compote)

Vegetarian Main Course: Broccoli and quinoa cake served with beetroot dauphinoise potatoes, pomegranate seeds, baby vegetables and yogurt sauce
